1. Our Return Commitment

At Whraxellwrozelon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Cardelenta. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations and Dutch law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2.1 Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically acquires the goods.

2.2 Exercising Your Right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may:

You may use the following model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory:

2.3 Sealed Goods and Hygiene (Statutory Exception)

Under Article 16(g) of Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in the Netherlands), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Dietary supplements supplied in sealed containers therefore cannot be returned under the statutory withdrawal right once the seal has been broken, unless they are defective or not as described.

3. Extended Return Policy

Beyond your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended 30-day return policy for unopened products in their original packaging.

3.1 Conditions for Extended Returns

  • Products must be unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be in the same condition as when received
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or tampered with
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products showing signs of use
  • Products returned after the return period has expired

5. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Before returning any product, please contact our customer service at question@whraxellwrozelon.world to initiate the return process. We will provide you with:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Information about the return address

Step 2: Package Your Return

Securely package the product to prevent damage during shipping. Include:

  • The product in its original packaging (if applicable)
  • Your RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you exercise your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or not as described.

6.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon discovering any issues.

6.3 Extended Return Policy

For returns under our extended 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refunds

7.1 Processing Time

For statutory withdrawals under Section 2, we will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest, in line with applicable EU consumer rules.

For returns under our extended policy (Section 3) or defective goods (Section 8), once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt unless a shorter period is required by law. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

7.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7.3 Refund Amount

  • 14-day withdrawal: Full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs (if standard delivery was selected)
  • 30-day extended return: Full refund of the purchase price; original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Defective products: Full refund including all shipping costs

8. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect
  3. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

9. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for a different item or quantity, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired items

This ensures the fastest processing of your new order.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time to officially post

11. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. The return policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your order.
